Just What I Needed
I had to repair the front brick house steps. Some of the cement had come from between the brick and it looked really bad. These places also had the potential to hold water and if it froze later in the year the brick would have popped loose. This stuff was great. I was able to repair all of the crevices and spaces between the brick and it matched the original cement exactly. I was really surprised because the original cement was 15 years old. You can’t even tell where I patched several gapped areas of various sizes between the brick. I cut the tip at a slant which was really helpful when applying the mortar repair. Using the slanted tip made application easy between the brick without getting excess on the brick. I was able to actually just use my finger to smooth it out, make the curved trowel indentation between the brick and have it meet the brick and other mortar. Good stuff.
