Super comfortable, great for old knees lol. I really like how these feel, very comfortable and seem to be very well made. They fit good and haven’t slipped. If you have creaky old knobby knees like me, you will appreciate the comfort of the protection they provide. My son weasled me out of my first pair so I just ordered another pair. You can find cheaper ones, but you get what you pay for. I recommend these.

Stable Comfort. Spent the last two weeks hanging sheetrock and installing flooring in western North Carolina as part of a group helping with disaster relief from Hurricane Helene. Wore the NoCry knee pads almost the entire time. The thigh straps are a game-changer for anyone who has previously used pads with straps that attach only behind the calf and knee – these stay put through the entire day. That, combined with the hard outside cap and gel padding, make them the most comfortable I have used by wide margin. A co-worker who had been a commercial general contractor decided to order a pair after hearing me describe both how comfortable they are and how responsive the company has been.

Well made product to some extent. I would recommend these knee pads for anyone who get on their knees during work. I should’ve used them before my knees start to give a great pain that I couldn’t walk except for a few feet. They have a very good soft-hard pads that you’ll not feel the hardness of the floor on your knees. But, they are not breathable that you’ll feel the sweat of your knees when take them off after 1 or 2 hours, they are too big to wear them under the pants and the areas around the stitches began to gain ruptures as you can see from the photos.

Best knee pad I’ve ever used. I work for a foundation company, where I’m in crawlspaces on a daily basis. I have bad knees due to multiple injuries and a motorcycle accident, and one of my knees has a total knee replacement. It’s not an easy task moving around on my knees and they hurt without some form of protection on them. I have tried many style and brand pads, and many have ‘helped’ but none were perfect. Most with the single strap behind the knee would shift, slide down, or worse rotate and make crawling difficult. That all changed when I tried these pads. The double strap design holds them in place all day. The fact the strap is not in the fold of the back of the knee means all day comfort. The thigh support makes it easy to be upright on your knees and still maintain balance. The ergonomic design means the cap of the pad makes good contact with the ground. If you are in an industry where you work on your knees or have a need for knee pads, these are the way to go. Well worth every penny. Durability is up there as well. Mine look as if they have been through a war and back, and still work and feel like the day I bought them. No more knee pain at the end of the day from my job.

Amazing so far but too soon to truly rate durability. I just received these as an upgrade to my previous multiple brands of kneepads. I chose to upgrade due to the pain and discomfort of standard kneepad straps bunching up behind my knee which puts pressure on the tendons as well as rolling into a large pile of fabric and straps directly behind my knee. The straps above and below the knee are amazing so far. The shin protrusion to relieve pressure from your feet seems to be a nice addition also although it will require some getting used to after 45 years of using standard kneepads. I purchased these for multipurpose use but much of it will be alongside vegetable garden beds. The outer knee cups are rigid plastic. They appear to be a softer material in the images but they are in fact a slightly textured black plastic. To test initial durability I dropped from a standing position to my knees without any support from my arms. I felt almost nothing in my knees from that quite extreme impact on a cement basement floor. The only sensation I had was the impact caused by the sudden jarring stop which is so be expected. For reference I am 5’9″ tall and about 165 pounds. That made the drop from standing directly to my knees around 2-2.5 feet. Very Impressive! I only wish Toughbuilt offered a version of these kneepads with the interchangeable knee cup covers that snapped off and on like their more standard ones. It would be a huge benefit to be able to add a soft non-marring type cap cover, a rubber footed stability cap or even replace the hard plastic cup after they wear out. The rigid plastic only caps may be an issue on a smooth and slippery floor like marble, ceramic, smooth laminate flooring or laying roofing. I will try to update my review for durability of the product after I am able to put in hours of use. I rated Durability at 4 stars already just based on the perception of build quality and the drop to my knees test causing almost no marks at all on the caps and almost no discomfort. My opinion at this point… Highly Recommended!

Best Knee Pads I’ve Ever Owned – Construction. I’m a stone mason and spend plenty of time on hard, uneven surfaces in all weather and with any number of layers of clothes on, and sometimes a lot of sweat going on, too. I’ve been buying and wearing kneepads for over 10 years. I’ve hated them all. Some have at least been acceptable enough not to make me want to light them on fire immediately, but most of them slip around too much and chafe the back of my knees where the straps rub. Some give rashes even through thick Carhartts. They’ve all been awful, but they’re just a fact of life, and I’ve dealt with discomfort and annoyance for a long time. These knee-pads, on the other hand, came highly recommended from another friend in construction, and they have literally changed my working life. No pinching or rubbing behind the knees–at all. And once you learn to adjust them the right way for your body, you really don’t have to fuss with them much. (For me, snug on the bottom strap, looser on the top one, or my thigh will push them down too far.) They stay where they should. They move with you. The hinge on the side is key. You will feel like Robocop when you first put them on, but after a day or two you will forget they are there. I bought expensive gel kneepads at Lowe’s last year thinking I was upgrading. I hated those things SO MUCH (more than the cheap ones) that I stopped wearing them after a week even though I was kneeling in gravel at work, and I gave myself bursitis in both knees that took two months to heal. PLEASE BUY THESE KNEE PADS IF YOU ARE UP AND DOWN FROM KNEELING. They are fantastic. My knees and skin feel great, and they don’t distract me from my work.

FINALLY A GOOD SET OF PADS
I am a DIY home improvement person whose wife watches too many Chip & Joanna Gains shows so I am constantly working on new projects. I have had several pairs of knee pads and none have really done a great job. I am a large fella (275lb) and these old knees just aren’t what they used to be. I was watching the “SO THAT’S HOW YOU DO THAT” channel on YouTube and Joe recommended these knee pads. When I saw the price I about fell out of my chair but then looked at my torn up knees and figured it might be worth it. Boy were they! These are one pad from your knee down your shin a bit so it is a nice flat and solid surface. I got the 1″ version and even with the current blisters from last weekend’s work they REALLY worked. I wish I would have found these about 3 jobs ago. Now I’m not saying I am now excited to jump into another bathroom reno or anything but if I do, these will surely be well appreciated. Very solid construction, replaceable parts, non-marring surface, multiple ways of securing, and very comfortable. Looks like your wearing big white blocks on your knees but that is just fine if they provide relief. I cannot recommend these enough. Thanks Joe for recommending!

BEST knee pads EVER!
Bought my second pair because I lost my first set on a job site. Absolutely worth every penny. I’ve worked tiles and hardwood flooring for years and have had numerous different knee pads. This is by far most durable and comfortable pair I’ve ever owned.

Most comfortable knee pads to kneel on
I’ve tried couple of knee pads before, but after 10-15 mins of using those I start feeling unbearable pain in my knees, so I’ve suffered for a long time doing any type of work that requires to kneel. Those ProKnee pads are really, really comfortable to kneel. I’ve done work with those for multiple hours without the pain I was feeling before. However there is a BIG BUT – the straps are twisting all the time, whenever I have to move and generally the whole pads goes down, no matter how strong I tight them up. The problem is that when the straps twists it starts to hurt a lot the skin on the back of the knees. I don’t know what could be the workaround, but those pads are the most comfortable to sit on, but if you have a lot of moving and the straps starts twisting then you are in trouble. Still I highly recommend them as the best I’ve ever seen, but I hope someone will come up with idea and workaround how to prevent the straps to twist and not hurt.

These knee pads are the best that I have used. Durable comfortable. The last pair I had for 9 yrs I just replaced them with these ones. Same exact knee pads. The buttons should be fastened a little better. My last pair a hole formed around the button on both knee pads to attach the top strap. If the buttons wouldn’t have ripped out I’d still be using them today.

The Custom Leathercraft 345 Professional Kneepads are great for working down on the ground, inside and out. Soft inside padding with a thick hard outer shell, wide elastic and Velcro straps that don’t slip or bind. They are comfortable, well made and lasts a long time. I use these 5 days a week, up to 6 hours a day for about 2 years before they show signs of wear. Great product at a reasonable price, and highly recommended.

These knee pads are great for working on various surfaces (concrete, asphalt, tile, etc) which will save my knees from being blown out. The only downside is they don’t stay in place and are a bit of a pain to walk in; I tend to slip them over my calfs or shins when moving and then back over my knees when I need them.

All day comfort. I got these to replace my old knee pads I literally wore till they fell apart. I could never find small enough knee pads to fit me. I am 5’4″ 105lbs. I go mining Herkimer diamonds, which means a lot of crawling around on sharp rocks. I wore these all day, and had to adjust them once a couple hours in. After that, they stayed in place fine. I would buy matching elbow pads if they have them. Recommend for smaller legs, but would also fit larger ones.

A Little Uncomfortable but They Do the Job. I got these because I always seem to be on my knees when doing projects at home (gardening, refinishing furniture, building a wooden compost bin, etc.). These kneepads have a gel cushion inside that make them very comfortable when you’re kneeling- I was pleasantly surprised at how well they protect and cushion your knees.
